EPCOT's Festival of the Holidays Returns
The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays returns November 28 through December 30, 2025, bringing global holiday traditions, festive entertainment, and delicious seasonal treats to Walt Disney World.

Festival Highlights:
Candlelight Processional: Celebrity narrators retelling the Christmas story with a live orchestra and choir
Holiday Kitchens: Global holiday foods and beverages from around World Showcase
Cookie Stroll: Sweet treats available throughout the park
Festive Entertainment: Holiday performances celebrating traditions from around the world
A comprehensive foodie guide has been released, detailing all the special holiday dishes, desserts, and beverages available at EPCOT's Holiday Kitchens.

Disney Destiny Reveals Incredible Onboard Experiences
Disney Cruise Line unveiled a treasure trove of details about the Disney Destiny this week, showcasing the heroes and villains-themed ship's most immersive spaces ahead of its November 20 maiden voyage.

What's Aboard:
Animation Venues: Animation-inspired dining and entertainment spaces celebrating Disney's animated classics
Marvel Experiences: Superhero-themed dining venues and lounges that bring the Marvel Universe to sea
Hercules Stage Show: A brand-new Broadway-style production featuring the beloved Disney hero
Villain-Themed Dining: Multiple dining experiences celebrating Disney's most iconic antagonists
Bars & Lounges: Adult venues including themed spaces for both heroes and villains
Shows & Entertainment: Theatrical performances and live entertainment throughout the ship
The Disney Destiny's maiden voyage is scheduled for November 20, 2025 and will sail out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Destiny itineraries include 4- and 5-night cruises to the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Disney’s Castaway Cay and Disney’s Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.

Live-Action Moana, The Devil Wears Prada 2, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw Trailers
Disney launched the first trailer and poster for the highly anticipated live-action adaptation of Moana, giving fans their first look at how the beloved 2016 animated film is being brought to life.
The live-action Moana stays true to the spirit of the original while introducing stunning visual effects and real-world locations. The film promises to deliver the same heartfelt story of a young navigator's journey across the ocean to save her people.
Related News: Disney and Pixar also debuted the first teaser trailer for Toy Story 5 last week, where Woody and Buzz face off against tech-savvy toys. 20th Century Studios unveiled the teaser for The Devil Wears Prada 2 (in theaters May 1, 2026), and Disney Animation released the first trailer for Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw.

The Walt Disney Company announced fiscal year 2025 fourth quarter and full-year earnings, showcasing strong performance across all segments and outlining an optimistic path forward.

Annual Revenue: $94.4 billion, up 3% from fiscal 2024
Q4 Revenue: $22.5 billion, flat compared to prior year
Record Experiences Segment: Operating income of $10.0 billion for the year
Disney+ Growth: 132 million subscribers, up 3.8 million vs. Q3
Total Subscriptions: 196 million across Disney+ and Hulu
Fiscal 2026 Outlook: Double-digit adjusted EPS growth expected
Shareholder Returns: Board declared $1.50 per share dividend; share repurchase target doubled to $7 billion
CEO Bob Iger stated: "This was another year of great progress as we strengthened the company by leveraging the value of our creative and brand assets and continued to make meaningful progress in our direct-to-consumer businesses."
